This is short but intense routine for your upper and lower body, with 8 exercises to do and no rest between them it can become a very demanding workout 🙂
There is only a 90 second break between sets so you can recover.
I only used 10Kg/22 pounds and it works really well for me, you can use any weight but i dont recommend to much weight.
