So i workout enough to where I feel the burn and I see a change in my muacles but it seems like the progress goes away…im done with protein shakes and all that stuff that is supposed to be a boost..it makes me feel sick/horrible so I’m just trying to stick with eating right and staying consistent with the workouts. All I can think of is…i can work out longer and for more days? I either workout an hour a day for 2 days out the week and do a 30min. Workout on 2 other days
